One thing I wish I could be is organized. I am messy, or maybe I am just a procrastinator. Or perhaps I just have too much stuff.
Whatever the reason I wish I wasn’t any of the things listed above. Maybe I just need a closet. Oh, how I would love a closet. As of right now I just have a wardrobe. And it has reached its maximum capacity. The hanger rod is started to warp downward since it is holding so many clothes.
I wish I could watch one of those shows about “hoarders” every day. I will grab a garbage bag and fill it up in no time. Fortunately, I am nowhere near as bad as the people I see on TV.
Well, I just threw away a few things. That makes me feel a little better.
Here is another goal. Try to be neater.

Stickin' To It
I think I would really enjoy writing a column, but the one problem I have is that I have a hard time thinking of something to write about. I read once that if you want to become a good writer, you must write every day; this will help you with the creative process.
I want to start doing this. I want to write a blog entry every day for a month, and see if the writing process comes any easier at the end of the month.
I also know that setting a goal and writing it down is the best way to get it done. It gives you a sense of accountability. I am trying also to set more goals for myself. Another goal I have stated is to read Psalm chapter one twice a day every day for twenty –one days. I heard Charles Stanley mention this on the radio this pass Friday. He said to pray every morning before reading the passage for God to speak to you through the scripture. And also, have a pen ready to take notes, and do this in the evening also. I have done this for three and a half days so far.
So my two goals are, to read Psalm one twice a day every day until June 5th and write a blog entry every day until June 15th.
I want to see where God leads me. His way is always the best, even though it is not always the most convenient.
